Help us honor Ellie by donating a Buddy for a grieving sibling!

Ellie's Light is collecting stuffed animals for local bereavement programs to give out to siblings when a child passes away. A Buddy gives the sibling something to cuddle and hold on to in their time of sadness. It also serves as a reminder of the brother or sister that is no longer with them. Its important for us to remember and support the siblings in their time of grief too.

Buddies will be brought into the hospital on an as-needed basis to the hospital. Collection of Buddies will be on-going! We need your help to collect these very important Buddies!

 Special Gifts for Special Kids! 

Ellie's Light is very grateful for all of the generosity we've seen with our Belle's Buddies. Because we have had so many wonderful donations, we are able to donate Buddies to more than just grieving siblings. We are now also able to donate them to children experiencing trauma or difficult times in general. 

Buddy (Stuffed Animal) Requirements:

• Must be new
• Good (high) quality
• Must be soft and plush!
• We are looking for Buddies for boys and girls, of all ages
• No religious connotations (per hospital request)
• Recommended sizes: typical Teddy Bear sizes (about 12").
• Pillow Pets are also appreciated!
• Build-A-Bear Kits are also appreciated!
